Algorithmic property filters identify candidates — not guaranteed investment opportunities. All investment decisions carry risk. 3. No guarantee of data accuracy

Property data displayed on HiddenDealPro is sourced from public MLS listings and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Site. All data should be independently verified before reliance.

4. Outbound links

The Site contains links to third-party websites including Zillow and REI Labs. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

5. Subscription services

HiddenDealPro is a free service. Some features on the Site link to REI Labs, a paid subscription product operated separately from HiddenDealPro. Any REI Labs subscription is subject to REI Labs' Terms of Service, not these Terms.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Site
Use the Site to build a competing product or service
Republish property data without attribution and permission
Attempt to access or disrupt the Site's infrastructure
Use automated tools to access the Site at a rate that impairs performance

7. Intellectual property

The HiddenDealPro brand, logo, filtering algorithms, editorial content, and guide materials are the property of REI Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Individual property data fields (address, price, etc.) sourced from public MLS records are not owned by us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HiddenDealPro and REI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any data or content on the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.
