What HiddenDealPro is

HiddenDealPro filters publicly listed MLS data through a proprietary algorithm to surface properties that show signals relevant to real estate investors — pre-foreclosure candidates, fixer-upper opportunities, tired landlord situations, subject-to candidates, and more.

These are not off-market or exclusive listings. Every property listed on HiddenDealPro is publicly visible on Zillow and other MLS portals. What we provide is the filtering work: identifying which of the thousands of active listings show the signals that matter to investors.

The data updates daily. The filters run nightly against fresh MLS exports. What you see today reflects current market conditions, not last month's stale pulls.

Who built this

HiddenDealPro is a free educational resource built by the team behind REI Labs. REI Labs is a paid platform for active real estate investors providing daily deal data, market analytics, and investor tools across hundreds of markets.

HiddenDealPro was created to provide free access to the educational resources and deal data that used to require a paid subscription — with the goal of helping beginning investors learn the market before they commit to a subscription.

We are transparent about this relationship. HiddenDealPro is free. REI Labs is the paid product. If you find HiddenDealPro useful and want broader market coverage, daily exports, and deeper analytics, REI Labs is where to go.

Joshua Ceaser

Founder, HiddenDealPro & REI Labs

Joshua Ceaser is the founder of REI Labs and HiddenDealPro, with over a decade of experience in real estate investment across multiple U.S. markets. He built REI Labs out of frustration with the gap between the tools available to retail investors and the data that serious investors actually needed to find deals efficiently. HiddenDealPro is his answer to that gap at the free tier — the filtered data and investor education that he wished had existed when he started. His investing background spans fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold rentals, and wholesale deal origination, primarily in Texas and the Southeast.

HiddenDealPro never claims that listings are off-market, exclusive, or guaranteed investment opportunities. Every property in our database is publicly listed on MLS — what we provide is the algorithmic filtering work.

Our guides are written to give investors accurate, complete information about strategies — including the risks and failure modes, not just the upside. We do not write promotional content disguised as education.
